I offer done-for-you social media management that takes the pressure off your plate. I’ll create and schedule 3 custom posts per week to Instagram and Facebook written in your voice, aligned with your brand, and designed to reflect real-time happenings in your business.

How it works
Step 1: Click “Get Started” and Fill Out the Inquiry Form
Tell me a bit about your business, your brand, and what you’re looking for. This helps me understand your needs and see if we’re a great fit.
Step 2: Book Your Free 15-Minute Consultation
Once I’ve reviewed your form, I’ll reach out with available times to set up a Zoom call. This is your chance to ask questions and my chance to ensure I can fully support what you’re looking for.
Step 3: Lock In Your Spot with Pre-Payment
If we decide to move forward, you’ll secure your spot by sending your pre-payment for the upcoming month. If you'd like to save 15%, you can pre-pay for six months in advance.
Step 4: Fill Out the Brand Intake Form
You’ll complete a short form that outlines your brand voice, goals, and any upcoming promotions or events. I’ll also provide you with a shared Google Drive folder to upload your photos, logos, and brand content. If you need fresh visuals, you’ll receive 15 percent off all my photography and video packages as a Social Media Management client.
Step 5: I Create and Schedule Your Content
I’ll create and schedule three custom posts per week to Instagram and/or Facebook. Each post includes captions, hashtags, and graphics aligned with your brand and your real-time business priorities. If your service starts mid-month, your 30 days will begin on your selected start date. If you'd like to review your content before it goes live, I’m happy to provide a preview.
Step 6: Monthly Check-In
At the end of each month, we’ll touch base to review what’s working, make adjustments if needed, and plan the next round of content so your social media stays consistent and aligned with your goals.
Step 7: Renew When You’re Ready
This is a month-to-month service with no long-term contracts. When you’re ready to continue, just send your next payment and we’ll keep things moving forward.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! This is a flexible, month-to-month service. You simply pre-pay for the month — no long-term commitment required. Pause, skip a month or cancel anytime.
When does my 30 days begin?
Your service begins on your selected start date and runs for 30 days from that point — not the 1st of the month.
How much does it cost?
My service is $1,000/month which is less than you would pay for a part-time employee to do it.
What’s included for $1,000/month?
You’ll receive:
• 3 custom created posts per week
• Captions written in your brand voice
• Posts scheduled to Facebook and/or Instagram
• Hashtag research and basic content strategy
• A monthly check-in call or e-mail
• 15% off any of my photo or video packages if you want fresh visuals to use
Can I request certain promos or events be included?
Absolutely. At the beginning of each month, I’ll ask if you have any promotions, launches, or key dates you'd like featured in your content.
What content will you use?
I use a combination of your existing brand content — like logos, photos, and graphics — along with customer reviews, photos from happy clients, and any new visuals you provide. I’ll turn all of that into professional, scroll-stopping posts using Canva and CapCut, so your feed feels polished and consistent without you having to create new content from scratch every time.
Can you create new content for me?
Yes — I can create new content for you, including video clips, photos, and branded visuals. This would be an additional service and requires purchasing a photography or videography package separately. I’ll come to your location to capture fresh content specifically for your social media.
As a current social media management client, you’ll receive 15% off all my photo and video packages.
I work in the health care field. Can you follow industry guidelines and restrictions?
Yes — I understand that health care and other regulated industries have specific limitations around what can and cannot be shared on social media. I’ll work with you to ensure all content follows your industry’s guidelines and stays within compliance.
You’ll have the opportunity to review posts in advance if needed to make sure everything aligns with your policies and professional standards.
Can you coach me to help with my branding and make it feel more high quality?
Yes — I offer one-on-one mentoring to help you elevate your brand’s look, feel, and messaging. Whether it’s visual style, content strategy, or overall brand direction, I’m here to help.
You’ll get one mentoring session per month included with your social media management package to review content and keep things aligned. If you’d like extra support beyond that, you can book additional sessions anytime. Additional mentoring is $150/hour, with 15% off for active social media management clients.
Is there a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, if you request one. All your passwords and login information will remain confidential.
What about DMs and comments?
You have two options:

What if I don’t like something you post?

How do I continue month-to-month?
Simple! Just send your next month’s payment before your 30 days are up to keep things rolling. No contracts, no pressure.
Is there a discount if I sign up for multiple months upfront?
Yes — if you commit to 6 months of social media management upfront, you’ll receive 15% off the total package price. Pre-payment for the full 6 months is required before we begin.
This option is ideal if you’re looking for long-term support, want to simplify billing, and prefer to lock in your spot while saving on monthly costs.
